Terms of Sales

2 nights minimum.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon reservation.

Balance to be paid 1 month before arrival date.

Self Check in at 3 p.m.

Early arrival or late departure 6000 xpf flat rate.

Deposit: A deposit of 80,000 xpf is required to guarantee your reservation. This will be done by pre-authorisation by bank (Visa or Mastercard only) or by bank transfer. This will be released or returned on the day of your check out.

The deposit is an advance on costs only. Any damage, loss, etc. will be invoiced at the actual cost of cleaning, restoration or replacement.
Terms of cancelation

Cancellation after 30 days, deposit is retained.

Cancellation between 30 days - 15 days 75% of the amount of the stay will be charged.

Cancellation less than 15 days 100% of the amount will be charged

“No show”: 100% will be charged.

Unplanned departure during your stay (whatever the reason): 100% will be charged.
The Moorea Dolphin Lodge is a small structure of only 3 units, last minute cancellations do not allow us to re-rent the villas at short notice. We invite you to activate your travel insurance (VISA, AMEX, etc.) to cover your cancellation costs.
Taxes and Rates
Our prices are all taxes included (13 % VAT).
The cleaning fee must be added as well as tourist taxes.
Cleaning package for Villas Boullaire and Ravello: 9 000 xpf / 75 euros.
Villa Gauguin cleaning package: 7500 xpf / 62 euros.
Tourist tax of 60 Pacific francs per night and per person (only applies to people over 12 years old).
Residents of Polynesia*: a price list is dedicated to you, please contact us.
*Residents of Polynesia: person who resides permanently in Polynesia.
Bond
Deposit : corresponding to the rate of 2 nights.
We will send you a secure deposit link via SWIKLY , one week before your arrival.
Your credit card will be not charged and your payment limit will be not impacted.
The deposit represents an advance on actual costs only.
